Our Story

Since 2013, Altiatech has been at the forefront of Microsoft cloud technology, helping UK organisations transform their IT infrastructure whilst reducing operational costs. As our customer base grew and Microsoft's Cloud Solution Provider (CSP) programme evolved, we recognised a significant opportunity to pass on our enterprise-level volume discounts directly to businesses of all sizes.

The turning point came during a routine renewal process when we discovered that our customers were receiving varied and inconsistent pricing from our distributor. We had trusted that our distribution partner was providing the best possible rates, but upon closer examination, we realised our customers weren't getting the maximum discounts available. This revelation prompted us to take direct control of our Microsoft pricing strategy, to ensure we could pass through the absolute best discounts to every customer, regardless of their size.
